well went to Jenny craig yesterday, and lost only 500gms wasn't to upset by this as i had my son home all week sick and really couldn't get out to the gym, i am glad though it was a loss not a gain, If i do this slow enough i will hopefully not put the weight on to quickly.
However that day we stopped off at a fab cafe where the food was to die for. I had poached eggs on sourdough bread, which is something im not eating a lot of, did take the dogs for a walk now and then so hoping haven't done to much damage as i also drank wine.. will ost photos soon
